Tra...dire
The title of this performance plays with the words “say” and “betray”. It is a dramatized reading of music, poems and passages on the theme of saying and betraying. The “loss of trust” is the starting point and leitmotiv.
The show follows the basic emotions of the relationship between men and women from different points of view and with different interpretations (comical, ironic, entertaining and more serious). It is intended as a betrayal of trust of the beloved person or of a friend but also as the betrayal of an ideal or belief, a betrayal of words of friends and family. The structure of this live performance is born from the union of music and words. Musical themes are therefore meant and exist as a drama that interacts with words in a narrative way and that has its own specific weight. The passages read by the actors can be classical or by young Italian authors, from Shakespeare to Kavafis from Amurri to Pinter.
The cast is composed of: Riccardo Leonelli, Lucia Loffredo, M°Matteo Ceccarelli and M°Francesco Falcioni.
